Deuce’s Furniture wants to make sure that you have an excellent shipping and delivery experience with us! We will contact you throughout the process to keep you updated on your order. The delivery process may be complicated but please E-mail Us with any questions that you might have. All of our furniture is shipped blanket wrapped and/or in boxes. We provide free shipping for curbside delivery only. When your furniture is shipped, Deuce's Furniture will contact you to let you know that it is on the way and what to expect once it arrives. Shipping is only available for the contiguous United States (all states except Alaska and Hawaii). We have listed important information regarding shipping and delivery below.
Curbside Delivery: When you request the curbside delivery option, a carrier will be used to deliver the furniture to your house. Once the furniture arrives at the destination terminal, the carrier will call you to let you know that it has arrived and provide you with details for delivery. The delivery team will deliver your furniture to your home. The delivery team may consist of one person or two people. The people will remove the furniture from the truck. You can request to rent a lift gate for an additional fee of $75. You will be responsible for getting it into your home. Be sure to check your furniture for any defects at the time of the delivery. If you find any damages, Deuce’s Furniture will take care of the issue. If you do not find the defect until 30 days after the delivery, you will be responsible for the shipping fee.
White Glove Delivery: When you request the white glove delivery option, a carrier will be used to deliver the furniture to your house. Once the furniture arrives at the destination terminal, the carrier will call you to let you know that it has arrived and provide you with details for delivery. The carrier will deliver the furniture in a 45 or 48 foot tractor trailer unit. The delivery will be made with two people and the trailer will have a ramp and/or lift gate. The people will carry the furniture to the room(s) requested and set up the furniture. This is a very personalized service to ensure that your furniture receives the treatment that it much deserves!
Carrier Information: The carriers for delivery will vary. The carriers operate during normal business hours which is Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. The importance of inspection: After unloading the furniture and before the delivery drivers leave, you should inspect the furniture for any damages that occurred during delivery. If damage is found, you should note the damage in the appropriate box on the Delivery Receipt provided by the drivers and then sign. Then contact Deuce’s Furniture through E-mail Us. We will assist you on filing your claim. If the furniture is damaged during the shipping, the shipping company will cover all expenses for the replacement/repair as well as all shipping charges involved as long as you document the damage on the delivery receipt and take pictures of the damages. You can make the driver wait until you have inspected everything. You have made an investment and we want to make sure you are satisfied with your investment.
General Guidelines: Our furniture can take anywhere from 6-14 weeks to build and 2-3 weeks for delivery. Please check your order status page (by logging in your account or at the bottom of the website) and use your tracking number for an estimated completion date. Please remember, because the furniture is handcrafted just for you, the completion dates are approximate and subject to change. Someone must be present for delivery. If you fail to keep your delivery appointment with a shipper, you may be charged for additional redelivery/storage fees. Some pieces do not ship completely assembled, or come in two pieces. It is important to know that we do not offer returns on furniture that does not fit in your home or office, including doorways, elevators or staircases. We strongly recommend you plan accordingly. Please carefully measure any and all rooms and access spaces needed to accommodate the delivery of your furniture.
Please Contact Us before your scheduled delivery if your home or business location is difficult to reach. We will make every attempt to figure out a way to deliver your furniture, however, please be advised this might result in additional charges. Should you change your shipping address after the shipping process has started, there may be a fee.
